Appointment Policy – Please Read Carefully • There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please text or call ahead with your estimated arrival time. • Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred to a new appointment if it’s rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • If you miss your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook. • You have up to 24 hours before your scheduled time to cancel or reschedule through the booking site. Any changes made after this window will result in the loss of your deposit. • Please note: Calls, texts, and emails are only responded to during business hours. For non-urgent inquiries, allow 24–48 hours for a response. Thank you for respecting our time and policies. 💕 No extra people during appointments unless being serviced. Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 min grace period for all appointments. If you don’t show up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited & will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Two cancellations in a row without contacting the salon will get you banned from booking future appointments.
