THERE IS A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. LATE ARRIVALS SHOULD TEXT OR CALL AHEAD OF TIME WITH YOUR ETA. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME TO CALL/TEXT ABOUT RUNNING LATE. ALSO PLEASE DON’T DIRECT MESSAGE ME ON INSTAGRAM OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE TEXT OR CALL THE BUSINESS PHONE. Deposits are non-refundable & aren’t able to be transferred to new appointments unless it’s rescheduled within 24 hours. If you miss your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you must submit a new deposit for a new appointment. -YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IF NEEDED. ALL APPOINTMENTS CAN BE MODIFIED THROUGH THE BOOKING WEBSITE. If you don’t cancel or modify your appointment within 24 hours of your original appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit. This business doesn’t answer or return calls, text messages or emails until the listed opening time. Please allow 24-48 hours for responses to text messages, emails and phone calls that aren’t pertaining to your appointment time & date. No extra people during appointments unless being serviced. Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 min grace period for all appointments. If you don’t show up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited & will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Two cancellations in a row without contacting the salon will get you banned from booking future appointments.
